Restaurant Supervisor

Our client, a well-established restaurant in Nairobi, is seeking to recruit a Restaurant Supervisor with proven experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery
  • Manage and motivate service staff to maintain high performance standards
  • Ensure excellent customer service and promptly handle customer complaints
  • Monitor staff attendance, shifts, and discipline
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
  • Support inventory control and proper use of restaurant resources
  • Assist in training and onboarding new staff

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and during peak hours
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and service standards
