Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and monitor the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
Implement and maintain warehouse processes, safety standards, and housekeeping procedures.
Oversee the picking, packing, and delivery processes to ensure timely supply to outlets.
Manage warehouse staff, including training, performance monitoring, and scheduling.
Work closely with procurement, logistics, and retail teams to ensure operational efficiency.
Use warehouse management systems to track stock movements and generate reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience managing a warehouse, preferably in retail, FMCG, or distribution.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
