Job Summary

  • We are seeking experienced and result-driven Van Sales Representatives to drive direct sales and distribution of FMCG products using company vans within assigned routes.
  • The role involves sales generation, order fulfillment, customer relationship management, and cash/credit handling.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell and distribute FMCG products directly to retailers using company van
  • Develop and manage assigned sales routes and territories
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Open and manage new retail outlets within assigned locations
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and proper stock management
  • Collect payments, reconcile sales, and submit accurate daily reports
  • Maintain the van in good condition and comply with safety regulations
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer demand

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • 1–2 years’ experience in FMCG van sales or distribution
  • Good knowledge of local routes and markets
  • Basic numeracy, record-keeping, and reporting skills
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.
