Key Responsibilities
- Transaction Processing: Accurately process deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and currency exchanges.
- Cash Management: Maintain and balance a cash drawer daily within established quotas and security limits.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve basic account issues or discrepancies.
- Compliance & Security: Adhere to all bank policies, audit procedures, and federal regulations to prevent fraud.
- Cross-Selling: Identify customer needs and refer them to appropriate team members for specialized products.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare specialized checks (cashier’s checks, money orders), process mail-in deposits, and assist with ATM balancing.
Qualification
- Minimum of OND/HND Upper Credit only.
