Job Summary:
- The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth staff management, excellent customer service delivery, and achieving business targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage staff and customer-related issues effectively and professionally.
- Report to the Head of Business with strategic plans and initiatives to improve customer experience in line with company policies.
- Ensure store staff are well-coordinated and aligned with their daily responsibilities.
- Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and issues.
- Monitor and ensure accurate reconciliation of all transactions by relevant team members.
- Negotiate and grow business relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available at the store.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) scheme and its operational processes.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and credit terms.
- Provide timely feedback on new product performance and price changes.
- Drive sales by closing deals and achieving store targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in store management and meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in computer systems and how they integrate with related gadgets.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
