Store Manager

Job Summary:

  • The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth staff management, excellent customer service delivery, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and customer-related issues effectively and professionally.
  • Report to the Head of Business with strategic plans and initiatives to improve customer experience in line with company policies.
  • Ensure store staff are well-coordinated and aligned with their daily responsibilities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for resolving customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor and ensure accurate reconciliation of all transactions by relevant team members.
  • Negotiate and grow business relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all products available at the store.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) scheme and its operational processes.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and credit terms.
  • Provide timely feedback on new product performance and price changes.
  • Drive sales by closing deals and achieving store targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in store management and meeting sales targets.
  • Proficient in computer systems and how they integrate with related gadgets.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent numeric and analytical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
