Senior HR Manager

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources function in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. 
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, overseeing HR operations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, while fostering a productive and engaging workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on human capital matters.
  • Lead workforce planning to ensure optimal staffing levels and talent development.

Talent Acquisition & Retention:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for factory and corporate roles.
  • Implement retention strategies and manage onboarding processes.
  • Partner with hiring managers to forecast and plan workforce needs.

Performance & Employee Management:

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and support to managers and employees.
  • Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes.

Training & Development:

  • Identify training needs and develop learning initiatives for all levels.
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Ensure competitive and compliant compensation and benefits structure.
  • Administer payroll-related inputs in coordination with Finance.

HR Operations & Compliance:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and communicated.
  • Maintain compliance with labor laws, safety regulations, and ISO standards.
  • Oversee HR documentation, audits, and reporting.

Culture & Engagement:

  • Drive employee engagement programs and initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
  • Proven experience in change management, union relations (if applicable), and HR automation tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI).
