Role Overview
- The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient calendar management, communication, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and meeting coordination
- Prepare briefings, agendas, and meeting notes
- Liaise with partners and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
- Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups
- Support in strategy, execution, and team oversight tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a similar executive support role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Discretion with confidential information
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
