Personal Assistant (PA) to the CEO

Role Overview

  • The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient calendar management, communication, and coordination across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s schedule, emails, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare briefings, agendas, and meeting notes
  • Liaise with partners and internal teams on behalf of the CEO
  • Track deadlines, priorities, and follow-ups
  • Support in strategy, execution, and team oversight tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar executive support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Discretion with confidential information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
