Job Description
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager, Implementation to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa.
- In this pivotal role, you will lead and oversee the implementation of our cutting-edge solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance for our clients.
- 5-10 years’ experience in a Financial Services Organisation
- Solid Project Management & Implementation background (5-10 years)
- Hands-on experience in Transactional Banking, plus knowledge across Cash, Trade, Investor Services & Card
- Client engagement experience across multiple African markets
- Confidence to engage with senior/executive management (CFOs, Treasury Heads, Financial Managers)
- Deep understanding of account opening, onboarding, FICA/KYC across African regions
- Ability to take full ownership of implementations – driving “mandate to money”
- Extensive Knowledge of TPS channels, SWIFT Payments, electronic channel integrations , onboarding and ISO
- Solid operations and systems exposure
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years’ experience in implementation management, preferably in a financial industry
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex implementation projects
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and implementation best practice with Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software
- In-depth understanding of industry-specific implementation processes and challenges
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable
- Ability to travel within South Africa as required for client engagements
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional local languages is advantageous
