What you’ll do

  • Help maintain and manage content calendars, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Assist in trafficking, writing, editing and publishing high-quality paid commercial content on brand sites.
  • Ensure all content is accurate, well-researched and adheres to editorial standards.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Events and Sponsorships, broader production teams and the Business Intelligence team to execute projects and ensure smooth content production and reporting.
  • Implement SEO best practices when producing content.
  • Assist the Production Manager and Project Coordinator with trafficking schedules for all diverse revenue commercial content.
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and implement optimisations to improve campaign performance.
  • Ensure all material meets brand platform specs and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain clear channels of communication with internal teams, external sponsors and clients.
  • Provide regular status updates on campaign progress and deliverables where needed.
  • Assist the Head of Events and Sponsorships in managing expectations and resolving conflicts regarding timelines and requirements with sponsors and clients.
  • Occasionally liaise with sponsorship partners on event activation deliverables and manage expectations.
