Prerequisites

  • Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate NQF Level 4 qualification as recognised by SAQA. 
  • Certificate / Qualification in Administration / Public Management / Transport Management / Administration will be an added advantage.

Person Profile

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 

  • Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics. 
  • Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
  • Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment. 
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Interpersonal relations. 
  • Flexibility. Teamwork. 
  • Computer literacy. 
  • Planning and organizational skills.
