- Render general clerical support services.

Prerequisites
- Grade 12 or an equivalent appropriate NQF Level 4 qualification as recognised by SAQA.
- Certificate / Qualification in Administration / Public Management / Transport Management / Administration will be an added advantage.
Person Profile
KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:
- Knowledge of clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collecting statistics.
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service.
- Knowledge of working procedures in terms of the working environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal relations.
- Flexibility. Teamwork.
- Computer literacy.
- Planning and organizational skills.
