- Grade 12 (NQF4)
- 5 years experiences
- Pastel Evolution system knowledge
- Workmen Compensation Collection Processors
- Sound knowledge and experience relating to debtors administration andÂ
- Credit control in the private healthcare environment
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology will be to your advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Pastel
- Computer literacy essential (MS Office Suite)
- Strong Customer orientation
- Team player
- Very energetic
- Well organised

Key Performance Areas
- Ensure all monthly management of debtors book current, ageing.
- Ensure all monthly management of debtors queries in accordance with the CC process and existing department standard.
- Ensure all monthly management of medical aid remittances in accordance with the process and existing department standard.
- Ensure any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Demonstrate the National Renal Care Values and Caring the NRC Way.
