Job Summary
- We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource functions, support recruitment, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain staff records and HR reports
- Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities
- Handle employee relations and policy compliance
- Support payroll, leave, and statutory processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 2 – 3 years HR experience
- Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
