Job Summary

  • We are seeking an organized and proactive HR Officer to manage day-to-day human resource functions, support recruitment, ensure compliance with labor laws, and promote a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
  • Maintain staff records and HR reports
  • Coordinate performance appraisal and training activities
  • Handle employee relations and policy compliance
  • Support payroll, leave, and statutory processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 – 3 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of Nigerian Labour Laws
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
