Duties
- Post openings on job sites: post all available roles online, Shortlist candidates that meet the selection criteria for interviews, develop interview questions and score sheets and conduct interviews.
- Oversee submission and verification of employment documents, plan induction sessions for new hires, and schedule on-the-job training for new hires.
- Managing KPI, monitoring compliance, creating a daily, weekly and monthly schedule for spot checks through scheduled physical visits and CCTV reviews of all outlets, including the head office.
- Ensure accurate payroll processing based on performance assessments, prepare payslips and share all payslips on or before the last day or the month.
- Conduct stay interviews for employees every quarter and implement innovative engagement strategies.
- Team Bonding, Organize team bonding events, retreats, TGIF, birthdays, staff of the month and staff recognition programs. Maintain open-door policies for conflict resolution and whistleblowing.
- Ensure compliance with attendance and leave systems.
- Schedule exit interviews, retrieve company assets, settle benefits, draft reference letters, and delete employee records from the paid HRM database and ensure exit interviews are documented for future analysis.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc with 1 – 2 years of experience.
