REQUIREMENTS

Diploma/Degree in Tours & Travel, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 2 years experience in a tours and travel office. Strong knowledge of destinations, hotels, and safari itineraries.
Ability to prepare quotations, itineraries, and reservation documents.
Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
