- We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Sales Officer to drive revenue growth through digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales targets.
- Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms, social media channels, and digital sales campaigns.
- Identify and convert new sales opportunities across digital platforms.
- Analyse customer behavior and digital sales performance using analytics tools to improve conversions.
- Collaborate with the Brand team to create marketing content and flyers that drive engagement and sales.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, ROI, and the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
- Drive sales from non-digital channels when digital platforms are not meeting set targets.
- Support administrative functions for BPO services, including protocol services, ground handling, and facility management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 – 2 years experience in digital sales, social media marketing, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Ability to analyse data and translate insights into business decisions.
- Strong relationship management, networking, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
