  • We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by maintaining strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales and collection targets.

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and enhance patronage from existing customers.
  • Address and resolve field objections, inquiries, and customer concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and performance data.
  • Identify and convert potential customers into active clients while reactivating dormant accounts.
  • Achieve assigned debt collection targets and ensure proper documentation for all collections.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and professional handling of all issues.
  • Conduct regular sales visits, maintain consistent communication, and manage relevant correspondence with clients.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a B.Sc. or HND Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering with a minimum of 4-7 years post NYSC relevant experience.
  • Possession of master’s in business administration, marketing or engineering with a track record of good Sales, business development and customer service are an added advantage.
  • 28-35 years and ready to work in any part of Nigeria.
  • Must be a Team Player and Target driven.
  • Customer Focused and Problem Solver.
  • Good verbal communication, writing, presentation and computer skills.
  • Ability to drive and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
