Job Summary
- As an Enterprise Risk Management Volunteer at Lily Hospitals, you will support the implementation of risk-related initiatives across the organization.
- Working closely with the Risk & Compliance team, you will assist in identifying, assessing, and documenting risks, while promoting awareness and compliance with risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in identifying and assessing organizational risks.
- Supporting audits and routine checks to flag potential hazards.
- Monitoring and reporting on risk control activities.
- Assisting with the coordination of risk awareness and training sessions.
- Gathering and analyzing risk-related data and trends.
- Supporting interdepartmental collaboration on risk-related issues.
- Helping track and document incidents for review and follow-up.
- Supporting compliance efforts with internal policies and external standards.
Qualifications
- A minimum of a B.Sc. in any Social Sciences field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical and multitasking abilities.
- Reliable and committed to meeting deadlines.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about the Internal Control processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
Remuneration
- This is an unpaid volunteer position. However, a monthly stipend will be provided to help offset transportation expenses.
