More About The Role
This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Customer Order Specialist in South Africa with Signify.
- Becomes the customer contact for managing and following up E2E the orders.
- Responsible for acknowledging and confirming orders to customers.
- Accountable for the reporting and improving the processes as well as the main KPIs that Order Desk is responsible of.
- Checks availability of order and prepares delivery proposal and invoices.
- Reports on the sales realized and sales forecast based on the order in take view.
- Connects with other stakeholders in the organization to highlight issues and facilitate the resolution to create more sales potential.
- Ensures customer works with our systems such as MyLighting for order intake, TNPS for transactional feedbacks. Connects with the customer regarding their issues in ordering and delivery process and creates the necessary improvement actions with the relevant teams to serve better.

- 3-5 Years of experience
- SAP knowledge is a Plus
