Job Summary
- We are hiring a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our client acquisition and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new construction projects and partnerships
- Build strong networks with clients, consultants, developers, and public sector bodies
- Lead bid preparations, proposal writing, and pitch presentations
- Monitor industry trends and competitive intelligence
- Collaborate with internal teams to align project delivery with client expectations
- Drive revenue growth and market penetration strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years in business development, sales, or client relationship roles within the construction or infrastructure sector
- Knowledge of public procurement, tendering, and contract negotiation
- Strong communication, networking, and persuasive skills
- Existing network of construction industry stakeholders is an advantage.
